XO offers three types of Membership: XO Membership, XO Reserve and XO Corporate. XO Membership and Reserve each require a $995 annual fee (XO Corporate is $0/year) plus a refundable minimum deposit that determines fleet access priority, loyalty credit rate and additional perks like empty-leg discounts and guaranteed XO flight assurance.

XO Membership requires a $100,000 refundable deposit and gives Members the ability to earn up to 2% in loyalty credit with limited fleet access. XO Reserve Members are required to pay a $250,000 deposit, but earn up to 4% in loyalty credit, receive priority fleet access and a 20% empty leg discount.

No. You can buy as you fly, as Membership or long-terms commitments are not required to fly with XO. However, you can earn significant benefits every time you travel, like earning up to 4% in loyalty credit, by becoming an XO Member.
